A. Almost all SVB Products come with standard 1 year warranty (some products like compatible laptop adaptors and batteries etc. have lesser warranty of 3 & 6 months respectively). All Products warranty is off-site (Carry in). No On-site support will be provided by SVB directly. You can contact the dealer/reseller/showroom for on-site support (if they offer).

6. There is No sound output in playback of recorded video for USB TV BOX.
A. Could u please kindly check if the "microphone audio input "and "Line in" in "audio control "have been marked when u recording

A. Laptops don't have line input, but it has Mic input, so set the mixer, select MIC input as the play and record audio source, then everything is ok.
